The manager uses supplier and spend data to identify savings and improve sourcing decisions. By coordinating with Finance, Retail Operations, Facilities, IT, and Marketing, the role supports purchasing, supplier performance, contract compliance, and business cost and service goals.

What you'll do

• Analyze company-wide spend by category, supplier, and cost center
• maintain spend, savings, purchase-order cycle-time, and supplier KPI reports
• support RFI, RFQ, and RFP events
• track supplier performance and prepare quarterly scorecards
• monitor contract pricing and flag invoice discrepancies
• support supplier onboarding and maintain supplier master data
• prepare cost-benefit, total-cost-of-ownership, and should-cost analyses
• support budgeting and forecasting
• research market trends and alternative suppliers
• help enforce procurement policy and controls.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, business administration, accounting, or related field; five years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or financial analysis experience; advanced Excel; and ERP or procure-to-pay system knowledge. MBA or JD, retail or telecommunications experience, and CPSM or CIPS are preferred.
