The Research and Development Specialist — Food and Nutritional Products is an onsite, full-time role in Big Bend, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is not specified. CoreFX Ingredients develops and manufactures bioactive and lipid-based powder solutions for food, beverage, nutraceutical, and supplement applications. The specialist supports product development, optimization, and commercialization through laboratory and pilot-scale testing, formulation work, raw material evaluation, and troubleshooting. The role collaborates across technical and commercial teams to prepare samples, support scale-up, and transfer products from research and development to production.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize food, nutritional, and functional ingredient formulations
• operate laboratory and pilot-scale equipment
• conduct experiments, analytical testing, sensory evaluations, and application testing
• evaluate raw materials
• troubleshoot formulation and process challenges
• prepare samples
• support scale-up and production transfer
• maintain records and procedures
• collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• and support compliance and continuous improvement.
