What you'll do
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services
- ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
- review staff complaints and grievances and report as required
- maintain adequate medications and supplies
- assist with resident nursing assessments
- ensure nursing and aide assignments are completed
- encourage staff training
- review nurses' notes for accurate descriptions of care and resident responses
- support nursing staff with admissions.
