Laser Operator

The Laser Operator works onsite in Henrico, VA. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. The role is part of Direct Mail Solutions’ Production team, supporting its print and mail production work. The operator sets up and runs continuous printers, monitors production quality and equipment, and addresses issues that could interrupt output. Accurate, efficient production helps the department meet job specifications and productivity goals.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate continuous printers
• monitor laser printers and identify quality, productivity, or operational issues
• take corrective action to resolve equipment or production problems
• follow job specifications and procedures
• perform production checks
• communicate job status and equipment issues
• support other areas as needed
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• work overtime as needed.
