What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and laundry equipment
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• inspect and test building systems including fire alarms, emergency lighting, elevators, and generators
• maintain records
• coordinate with departments and contractors
• complete general repairs and assist with renovations and equipment upgrades
• follow safety and environmental requirements.
