What you'll do

• Submit electronic and paper CMS-1500 claims for outpatient mental health services
• review rejections and EOBs and appeal denied or underpaid claims
• post insurance and client payments
• manage balances and aging accounts receivable reports
• coordinate prior authorizations
• explain copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket estimates
• maintain HIPAA and data security compliance.
