What you'll do

• Manage client relationships, retention, expansion, and service diversification
• develop service strategies and schedules
• negotiate agreements and pricing for additional services
• manage contractor sourcing, agreements, specifications, and compliance
• inspect client sites and follow up on quality issues
• promote and monitor client supplies
• communicate and resolve client issues
• use the CRM and Outlook to manage inspections, assignments, and facility activities
• maintain building and safety documentation
• notify sales executives of potential accounts.
