The Early Childhood Lead Teacher – Daycare & Preschool role is onsite in North Billerica, MA, with pay of $23–$25 per hour and a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. The Learning Experience offers classroom opportunities across infant, toddler, and preschool programs based on experience, qualifications, and preference. The teacher leads a developmentally appropriate classroom, supports children’s learning and growth, and builds relationships with families. The role contributes to children’s language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development while maintaining a safe, organized learning environment.

What you'll do

• Lead an engaging, developmentally appropriate classroom
• create learning experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on activities
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• support children’s development
• establish routines and provide guidance
• observe development and maintain documentation
• mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• communicate with families
• maintain a safe classroom and follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
