What you'll do

• Work with the superintendent on daily project activities

• monitor OSHA and safety compliance
• support subcontractor and safety meetings
• monitor subcontractor work against laws, budgets, and deadlines
• maintain schedules and sequencing
• track plan changes
• review scopes and contractual obligations
• maintain quality control, site security, and daily logs.

Why this role

Requires 3+ years of experience with ground-up multifamily projects of 100 units or greater. A construction management or engineering degree and Procore experience are preferred but not required.
