What you'll do

• Patrol assigned areas using a company car or golf cart
• issue warnings or citations and arrange towing when necessary
• identify parking and safety violations
• record citation data and maintain enforcement logs
• inspect meters, gates, and equipment
• report damage and hazards
• monitor multiple locations
• assist customers and de-escalate situations when possible
• provide traffic control support as needed
• report incidents and coordinate with operations or security teams.
