What you'll do

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision
• complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry
• maintain make-ready units
• repair or replace general fixtures and components
• clean and maintain outside landscape and remove trash
• inspect building systems and report deficiencies
• follow company safety programs.
