The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Full-Time Floater role is an onsite position based in Oceanside, CA, serving clients across North County San Diego in home, school, and community settings. Pay is $30 per hour. TERI’s mission is to help and empower individuals touched by special needs. The RBT implements individualized behavior and skill-acquisition programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), records client progress, and supports communication, social, adaptive living, academic, and behavioral skills. As a floater, the technician adapts to assignments across clients, locations, and age groups to support continuity of care while a permanent caseload and schedule are established.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs developed by a BCBA
• collect and record client progress data
• support communication, social, adaptive living, academic, and behavioral skills
• collaborate with families, school personnel, and clinical supervisors
• follow BACB ethical standards
• travel between service locations as needed
• adapt to changing schedules and assignments
• provide coverage across home, school, and community settings with varying assignments and shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
