Reservations Specialist

What you'll do

• Assist church partners and families with reservations
• maintain reservation and guest records in reservation, CRM, and project tracking systems
• prepare itineraries, reports, forms, and financial documents
• process required paperwork
• prepare event checklists
• respond to calls and emails
• guide group leaders through reservations
• prepare check-in materials
• conduct on-site check-in
• manage rosters, rooming lists, keys, payments, contracts, and scholarship funds
• coordinate with program, sales, accommodations, and operations teams
• supervise seasonal staff.
