What you'll do

• Lead by example as a Sandwich Artist
• monitor productivity and adjust employee hours as needed
• handle inventory, coupon logs, spot checks, and post-close reconciliation as needed
• order food
• track food rotation
• open and close the store
• complete catering orders
• bake bread to Subway standards
• support shift coverage and team culture
• maintain food safety and cleanliness
• handle cash and reconciliation
• train new team members and assist employees with job tasks.
