Job overview
The Local Route Class B Driver/Warehouse Associate role is an onsite position based in Roanoke, VA. The pay rate is $23.00 - $24.00 per hour, supporting the Safety-Kleen route services team. This role exists to train individuals in the operation of Class B box trucks for the purpose of servicing parts washer machines and collecting hazardous waste. The associate contributes to the company's service goals by managing a defined route and identifying new sales opportunities.
What you'll do
- Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups.
- Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
- Complete required documentation and labeling.
- Generate and collect leads for new products and services.
- Sell additional products into existing accounts.
- Operate vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations.
