What you'll do

• Review consumer and indirect loan applications for completeness, signatures, and required documents
• collect, verify, and organize supporting records
• pull credit reports and perform basic debt verification
• prepare loan packages for closing or underwriting
• communicate documentation needs and status updates
• provide backup for indirect processing and funding when directed
• review booked and funded loans
• clear exceptions
• process account maintenance requests and adverse action notices
• document activities in core or loan origination systems.
