What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, meals, medication management, and housekeeping
• support behavior management and safety
• provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed
• maintain a clean living space
• develop personalized care plans
• and coordinate with families and healthcare professionals.
