Inventory Associate

Job overview

The Inventory Associate role is onsite in Pikeville, KY, and pays $18 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends generally off and occasional Saturday shifts possible depending on division needs. Quantum Services conducts field auditing at retail convenience stores and gas stations. The associate performs physical stock counts and inventory audits at assigned stores, identifies and reconciles discrepancies, and reports results to store managers. Daily regional travel with the team supports accurate inventory records across client locations.

What you'll do

• Conduct physical stock counts and inventory control audits using handheld counting equipment
• count stock on sales floors, in stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers
• identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide daily audit reports to store managers
• travel and carpool with the regional team to client store locations.
