What you'll do

• Build, maintain, and stress-test financial models for hotel acquisitions, development, and dispositions
• conduct sensitivity analyses
• support sourcing and evaluation of opportunities and due diligence
• coordinate with transaction partners
• prepare investment committee materials
• research hotel markets and transactions
• prepare investor reports
• analyze hotel financial performance
• support asset management, lender packages, and capital markets work.
