The Teller II role is onsite in Methuen, MA. Pay is $21.72–$23.65 per hour. BrightBridge Credit Union seeks to serve its Methuen members and help them navigate credit union products and services. The teller processes member transactions, balances cash, and identifies member needs to connect them with appropriate products, services, or staff. The role supports accurate branch operations and member service, and may include some Saturday work and occasional temporary coverage at another location.

What you'll do

• Process member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other listed transactions
• identify member needs and refer them to appropriate credit union partners
• assist members with sound judgment
• balance cash drawers and assigned vaults
• help train new tellers
• participate in branch opening and closing
• assist with safe deposit boxes, night depository, and ATM balancing as needed
• answer and direct calls
• and follow cash-security and Bank Secrecy Act procedures.
