What you'll do

• Answer and route incoming calls
• schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• follow up on no-shows and appointment changes
• update and verify patient demographic and insurance information in the electronic health record
• open telephone encounters and refill requests
• route messages to appropriate staff
• document patient interactions.
