What you'll do

• Oversee skilled nursing unit operations, staff supervision, patient care coordination, and quality improvement
• collaborate with the Medical Director and department leaders on unit goals
• ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
• maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• participate in performance improvement projects
• mentor nursing staff and support orientation and training
• promote communication, respect, and teamwork.
