• work with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, ITSM modules, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, CMDB, portals, UI Builder, and ServiceNow AI capabilities
• test, review, document, and support release practices.
