What you'll do

• Lead litigation, arbitration, threatened claims, subpoenas, and other disputes
• manage matters through investigation, discovery, motions, settlement, trial preparation, and resolution
• direct outside counsel
• support regulatory examinations and investigations
• serve as a legal contact for regulators
• advise senior leaders and business partners on legal risks
• translate legal requirements into practical recommendations
• develop scalable legal processes and playbooks.
