What you'll do

• Provide care based on each resident’s service plan
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• support meals and feeding as needed
• assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• observe and report changes to nursing staff
• engage residents in social and recreational activities
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment.
