Junior Network Operations Center Engineer

• Resolve assigned tickets
• provide remote or field implementation and support
• maintain designated infrastructure
• communicate outage updates and status to customers
• troubleshoot and escalate issues
• document ticket activity and reports
• support customer reviews and operations planning
• maintain product procedures
• train new team members
• assist with AI-driven monitoring and alerting and escalate anomalies
• follow established security controls and escalation paths.
