Maintenance Supervisor — Third Shift

What you'll do

• Lead compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental requirements
• ensure work orders and approvals are complete
• lead shift handovers
• represent maintenance in production meetings
• review job packages and assign work
• manage backlog and priorities with planners
• direct and monitor maintenance work
• document labor, materials, failures, and corrective actions in SAP
• lead safety meetings and continuous improvement
• train and develop maintenance personnel.
