What you'll do

• Lead a small maintenance and processing team
• oversee maintenance and reliability of processing equipment, refrigeration, boilers, wastewater operations, buildings, and infrastructure
• prepare the facility for seasonal grape processing
• inspect and test equipment
• set team priorities and allocate resources
• train and coach mechanics
• lead safety and operational meetings
• troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
• support union relationships
• lead improvement opportunities
• provide plant leadership coverage when needed.
