What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients
• schedule and confirm appointments in person and by phone
• collect and verify patient and insurance information and medical history
• maintain electronic medical records
• manage daily phone calls to coordinate patient care
• coordinate communication with medical staff about test results, follow-up appointments, and other information.
