What you'll do

• Provides general support to the Patient Recruitment & Retention expertise area.
• Manages material approvals, printing, and shipping.
• Supports administrative activities including status reports, meeting agendas, and finance tracking.
• Partners with study team members to file documents in the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
• Assists with vendor reporting and tracking.
• Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for clinical systems.
