What you'll do

• plan community, caregiver, patient, and team-building events
• manage ongoing schedules, callouts, and coverage
• maintain the facility, technology, and therapy materials
• lead team meetings
• coach and mentor staff
• and track clinic revenue, expenses, and financial performance with leadership.
