What you'll do

• Support the Store Manager with hiring, training, and supervising team members
• help manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory
• promote customer service and uphold safety and compliance standards
• ensure proper donation handling and maintain a clean, organized, safe environment
• monitor store performance and assist with reports, budgets, and loss prevention.
