What you'll do

• Manage recruitment processes for assigned positions
• partner with hiring managers
• review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews
• communicate with candidates and extend offers
• track recruiting activity and maintain confidential candidate records
• support HR programs and onboarding
• maintain employee files
• assist with routine HR questions and employee status changes.
