The Program Officer — Global Grants role is an onsite, full-time position in Pasco, WA, with a salary range of $65,000–$70,000 per year. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The role supports Global Grants, an initiative of Broetje Family Trust focused on community-led development in East Africa and India.

What you'll do

• Manage international grant portfolios, review proposals and prepare summaries for committee review, support the grant lifecycle and regulatory compliance, and build relationships with grant partners. Track impact metrics and prepare reports and dashboards
• research grantmaking and development practices
• plan partner engagement, site visits, and convenings
• maintain grant records
• support financial reporting, budgets, and communications.
