What you'll do

• Manage a statewide bankruptcy caseload
• prepare and file motions, pleadings, proofs of claim, payment change notices, and other documents
• conduct Chapter 13 plan reviews and draft objections when needed
• attend virtual and in-person court hearings
• liaise with clients, courts, trustees, and outside counsel
• handle time-sensitive escalations
• and update client systems accurately.
