What you'll do

• Greet and assist residents and visitors
• maintain front desk logs and route grievances
• sort and log mail and packages
• conduct wellness checks as needed
• monitor building entry and investigate alarms
• complete incident reports and safety walkthroughs
• respond to resident concerns and mental health episodes
• participate in shift handovers and team meetings
• communicate with property management, case managers, and clinical staff.
