What you'll do

• Maintain spare-parts inventory records in SAP and internal ERP and CMMS systems
• receive, label, and store parts
• monitor stock and organize reordering
• conduct physical inventory checks and reconciliations
• compile maintenance and parts-usage reports
• enter data
• organize technical documents and logs
• communicate with suppliers and internal departments
• support audit and compliance documentation.
