What you'll do

• Assign janitorial duties
• inspect work and investigate complaints
• take corrective action when needed
• cover open routes and absences
• train new and existing employees
• ensure accounts have supplies and equipment
• take periodic inventories
• assist with new account start-ups
• recommend staffing actions and resolve personnel issues.
