• Lead Pennsylvania roadway projects and design tasks
• direct designers and manage production staff
• organize schedules and reporting
• prepare and track project documentation
• coordinate with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies
• support submittals and bidding
• provide technical and administrative support

• apply quality assurance and quality control standards.
