On-Call Events Coordinator

What you'll do

• Provide onsite support for public programs, donor, internal, and rental events
• assist with day-of logistics and run-of-show execution
• coordinate vendors and rental clients through load-in, event execution, cleanup, strike, and load-out
• coordinate with facilities, custodial, security, and parking teams
• support check-in, ticketing, seating, and wayfinding
• monitor safety, accessibility, cleanliness, and hospitality
• liaise with talent, vendors, donors, and guests
• troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as needed.
