What you'll do

• Perform or oversee general repairs and maintenance involving HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• conduct daily rounds of critical utilities and update logbooks
• handle general maintenance such as lighting, carpentry, painting, ceiling tiles, and bathroom fixtures
• perform preventive maintenance
• record work, parts, and schedules
• document assigned work in the maintenance management system
• coordinate with contractors and vendors
• maintain a clean and safe workplace
• may perform minor renovations or installations.
