Memory Support Coordinator

The Memory Support Coordinator role is onsite in Bellwood, IL, with a split schedule of three hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon. Pay is $20.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Transport adult day program members to and from the program and approved activities
• assist with safe boarding and exiting, seat belts, lifts, and mobility devices
• conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• maintain supervision during transit
• report accidents, traffic violations, license-status changes, and changes in participant condition or behavior
• comply with applicable Illinois vehicle and passenger-safety requirements.
