The Lead Teacher — Infant role is onsite in Westford, MA. Compensation is $20.25–$26.33 per hour, based on education and experience. The role supports infant development through attentive supervision, responsive care, and accurate documentation in line with licensing and company requirements.

What you'll do

• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom
• build professional relationships with children and families
• respond to developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including implementing IEPs and behavioral support plans as required
• plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum
• maintain safe supervision and follow safe sleep, feeding, allergy, and accountability procedures
• document and report incidents
• follow policies and licensing requirements
• participate in required training and professional development.
