Molding Operator – 2nd Shift

The Molding Operator – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is not specified. The position is Monday through Friday on second shift and supports Drug Plastics’ manufacturing of bottles and closures for medicinal, wellness, and lifestyle products. The operator packs and inspects finished products to meet defined quality standards and production requirements. By operating assigned equipment, identifying defects or mechanical issues, handling materials, and recording production information, the role supports product quality, traceability, and efficient manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Pack finished products into cartons and apply labels
• inspect parts and perform required quality tests
• collect samples for quality control
• retrieve raw materials and packaging supplies
• move finished goods to staging areas with hand pallet jacks
• operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently
• diagnose or report mechanical problems
• maintain a clean workstation
• follow safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices
• record downtime, scrap, work-order information, and part counts
• work overtime as required.
