GMP Production Line Orchestrator

Job overview

The GMP Production Line Orchestrator role is onsite in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Compensation is $24.50 per hour. The role supports production operations under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position coordinates people, materials, and equipment so production output, timing, safety, and quality remain on target. It also supports workforce onboarding and development, accurate material transactions, compliant work areas, and production changeovers.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day production and coordinate priorities with support groups and line associates
• verify materials for current and upcoming jobs
• assess staffing needs and deploy team members
• onboard, orient, and develop full-time and temporary teammates
• coach performance and communicate risks to supervisors
• model safe practices
• record material consumption and returns in SAP
• maintain clean, organized, compliant lines and controlled environments
• run changeovers and perform basic equipment setup and troubleshooting
• maintain critical supplies
• support rework and reconditioning when required
• collaborate with production leaders, supervisors, and cross-functional partners.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years leading or supervising in manufacturing, or an associate’s/technical degree with 2–3 years of manufacturing experience. SAP or comparable ERP experience is preferred.
