What you'll do

• Assist with daily resident service requests and unit make-readies
• support apartment upgrades
• perform general plumbing, electrical, appliance, and pool maintenance
• work with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects
• help maintain a safe, clean community
• participate in the scheduled on-call rotation
• provide customer service to residents and coworkers.
