Customer Care Representative

Job overview

The Customer Care Representative role is hybrid in Andover, MA, with compensation of $22–$24 per hour. The schedule is in-office Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and remote Monday and Friday. The role supports ICP Group’s Environmental and Restoration product lines. The representative provides customer service and helps the Customer Service Department function as a revenue driver. The role handles calls and orders, maintains dealer account relationships, processes returns and credits, and prepares marketing materials for sales representatives.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and assist internal and external customers
• enter orders accurately and communicate exceptions
• use Syspro to enter orders and retrieve customer, stock, and sales order information
• process return material authorizations and credits
• maintain relationships with dealer account decision-makers
• create and assemble marketing materials
• proofread and edit documents as assigned.
