Vice President, Strategic Program Management Office

Job overview

The Vice President, Strategic Program Management Office role is remote, with hybrid work available for people within commuting distance of the Salem, OR; Pittsburgh, PA; or Fremont, CA offices. Compensation is $250,000–$390,000 per year. The role reports to the COO and leads program management for Agility Robotics’ product development and launch portfolio as the company scales humanoid robot production.

What you'll do

• Build and lead the Strategic Program Management Office, including hiring and developing Technical Program Managers
• establish program methods, tools, and review cadence
• manage portfolio sequencing, resources, dependencies, and tradeoffs
• align cross-functional teams
• provide executive status, risk, and decision reporting
• drive recovery plans for at-risk programs
• track schedule, cost, quality, and scope KPIs
• manage budgets and resource allocation
• and represent program management in strategic planning and new product introduction governance.
