What you'll do

• Generate private dining and food-and-beverage event business through sales, networking, and inquiry response
• conduct site tours
• prepare proposals and manage the sales cycle
• build client relationships
• coordinate with restaurant managers, chefs, and banquet staff
• prepare event orders and communicate details to operations
• pursue sales and revenue targets
• maintain client and pipeline records
• represent the hotel at networking and marketing events
• oversee key events and provide day-of coordination
• work with operations to resolve issues and accounting to process charges.
