The Behavior Technician (BT) — Experienced role is onsite in Dracut, MA. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour. Key Autism Services provides individualized care to people with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions, supporting children and families. The technician delivers one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, implements individualized plans, and records progress data. Collaboration with board-certified behavior analysts and clinical colleagues supports consistent care, supervision, and treatment guidance.

What you'll do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
  • implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
  • use Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching strategies
  • collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
  • participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
  • maintain a safe, engaging therapy environment.
